Michelle launched Costello&Co with Stu in 2023 as our Director of Operations & Marketing.
Her role covers a bit of everything behind the scenes, from marketing, finance and HR through to the systems and day-to-day operations that keep the business moving.
Since launching Costello&Co, Michelle has built and now manages our Property Management department, creating it from the ground up with a focus on doing things a little differently and making the experience better for both owners and tenants. More recently, she’s taken that same approach into Short Stay Hosting, building a new arm of the business around great homes, good stays and a more personal way of looking after both properties and guests.
Before Costello&Co, Michelle spent years working with local businesses across Adelaide and built several marketing agencies of her own. She has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Diploma of Management, with plenty of experience in building brands, growing businesses and turning new ideas into something real.
She’s usually got something new on the go, and is happiest when there’s an idea to build, a problem to solve or a better way of doing something.
