Michelle Costello launched Costello&Co together with Stu in 2023 as the Director of Operations & Marketing. With a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Diploma of Management and over 8 years experience supporting businesses in Adelaide, she was equipped to handle all business operations and allow Stu and the team to focus on what they do best, selling real estate.
Michelle has also operated several successful marketing agencies from the ground up, developing key strategies to grow local businesses.
